Mental Health Supports
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It is as important to our overall sense of well-being as our physical health.
As we each navigate an increasingly complex world, we may need support and resources. There are many resources available, outlined below, and students may also contact the McLain counseling office or a member of the counseling team.
McLain’s goal is to create an environment where students can focus on successfully completing high school knowing that a network of support surrounds them.
