ENROLLMENT / SCHOOL START PROCESS
McLain Community High School is on a hexter credit system. This means we start new classes every six weeks. We are on a dodecater enrollment schedule. This means we start new students every three weeks. However, in the best interest of success, students should try and start on hexters. Students starting on a dodecater are placed in transition classes until the start of the next hexter. Please note in the table below the start dates for hexters and dodecaters, and the deadlines for all documents to be submitted for the start of each.
