On the Job Experience (OJE)

Students at McLain Community High School have the opportunity to earn elective credit through working.

Students earn 0.5 elective credits for every 60 hours of verified work and up to 4 elective credits during their time in high school.

Signing Up

Students can join the OJE Google Classroom; directions for OJE are in the stream. 

Students must fill out the Work Information Form and the Work Credit Agreement in the Classwork tab.

Semester 1 hours are due by Jan. 31; semester 2 hours by June 30 and summer hours by Aug. 31.
